We accept the State of New Jersey Child Care Subsidy payments with a weekly copay per child. Families receiving the subsidy are allowed 360 absent hours (about 9 weeks) per year. If absences exceed the allotted 360 hours, parents are responsible for paying the difference to remain enrolled at the center. Parents have the choice to pay in cash until the subsidy is approved. After approval, if we can back bill for weeks already paid, then the reimbursement will be put on the family’s account as a credit. If at any time a family’s childcare payment subsidy ends, families will be given one week to have the subsidy payments approved.
